Challenge
A university's admissions campaign means thousands of applications, contracts and orders on a tight timeline. Plus internal document flow, HR and procurement. Previously, applications, contracts and approvals were handled manually, with queues and scattered files, and signing required being physically present.
What was implemented
- ✓Electronic document management (EDM). Internal documents, orders and memos — via approval routes with e-signature and a digital trail.
- ✓HR document flow (e-HR). Personnel orders, leaves, business trips — per the RK Labor Code, with remote signing.
- ✓Procurement. Purchase requests, offer comparison and supplier contracts — via a transparent route with a digital trail.
- ✓Digital admissions committee. Online applicant submissions, applicant registry, e-signed contracts and bulk signing, campaign status tracking.

The admissions campaign is no longer a scramble: applications, contracts and orders move online instead of through queues and folders. L8 DOCS covered the university's entire document flow — a digital admissions committee with e-signed contracts, an HR track, procurement and internal EDM in one system.
